By accessing our website or purchasing any of our cycling event packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description
We offer the following cycling event organising products and related services:
- Community Group Ride Package: Half-day joint cycling outings for up to 50 riders with route planning, marshals, and registration support
- Corporate Cycling Day: Full-day team-building cycling experiences for up to 100 participants with branded signage and professional photography
- Charity Century Organiser: Comprehensive management for 100-mile charity rides supporting up to 200 registered cyclists with chip timing and aid stations
- Add-on services including bike hire coordination, extended photography, and premium catering

3. Website Use
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use tendonsenergy.world for lawful purposes related to learning about, enquiring about, and booking our cycling event services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting contact forms or making bookings.
3.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the website
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without our written permission
- Use automated tools to access the website in a manner that disrupts service
- Impersonate Tendonsenergy or any of its representatives
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking enquiries
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Process
Bookings for cycling event packages are confirmed upon receipt of a signed event agreement and the required deposit. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing by Tendonsenergy. Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on tendonsenergy.world are in British pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. A deposit of thirty percent of the total package price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due fourteen days before the event date. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
4.3 Custom Quotes
Custom event quotes are valid for thirty days from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted if event requirements change significantly after the initial quote. Travel surcharges apply for events outside Greater London and will be clearly itemised in your quote.
5. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation terms for cycling event packages are as follows:
- More than sixty days before the event: Full refund of deposit minus a £50 administration fee
- Thirty to sixty days before the event: Fifty percent of the total booking value is retained
- Less than thirty days before the event: No refund is available
- Date changes requested more than thirty days before the event may be accommodated subject to availability, with a £75 rescheduling fee

6. Cancellation by Tendonsenergy
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or failure to meet minimum participant numbers. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or rescheduling to an alternative date at no additional cost. We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred by the client, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
7. Event Participation Requirements
All participants in events organised by Tendonsenergy must:
- Be physically capable of completing the designated route or ride within their chosen pace group
- Use a roadworthy bicycle appropriate for the event terrain and distance
- Wear a correctly fitted helmet at all times during the event
- Follow all instructions from event marshals, ride captains, and coordinators
- Abide by the Highway Code and all applicable traffic laws throughout the ride
- Attend the mandatory pre-ride safety briefing before departure
- Sign a participant waiver and indemnity form prior to the event
We reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with safety requirements or whose behaviour endangers themselves or others.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cycling is an activity that carries inherent risks. While Tendonsenergy takes all reasonable precautions including risk assessments, qualified marshals, and support vehicles, we cannot eliminate all risks associated with cycling events. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant event package
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property including bicycles and equipment
- Participants engage in events at their own risk and are strongly advised to hold personal cycling insurance
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on tendonsenergy.world, including text, graphics, logos, route maps, event photography, and software, is the property of Tendonsenergy or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Event photography provided as part of our packages may be used by the booking client for non-commercial promotional purposes with attribution to Tendonsenergy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Google Maps, payment processors, and event registration platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tendonsenergy, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your participation in events organised by us where such claims result from your negligent or wilful conduct.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, utility failures, or severe weather conditions that make cycling events unsafe.
13. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint about our cycling event services, please contact us at feedback@tendonsenergy.world within fourteen days of the event date. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to provide a resolution within twenty-eight days. If we cannot resolve the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our cycling event services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on tendonsenergy.ddd. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active bookings. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
